Hiring Coach Lauren to design and guide your endurance training pursuits will be a transformative opportunity. She encourages you to choose a big scary goal to chase, and then Lauren will equip you with the optimal toolbox to achieve the success that you envision.  She combines her knowledge as a Physical Therapist and former Elite Triathlete along with her experience of coaching thousands of athletes to create and dial in a program personalized for YOU!

Coach Lauren utilizes a collaborative approach with meetings (via Zoom or Phone) every two weeks to promote open communication, joint problem solving, and an opportunity for you to get all of your questions answered. Coaching includes ongoing individualized workout design, training and race data analysis, accountability, and unwavering encouragement. Receive your workouts and interact with Coach Lauren via an online app (Training Peaks), which will upload workouts using your smart watch, and automatically send her your training and racing data.

Coach Lauren will be with you every step of the way using proven strategies to help you to grow your strength and speed, as well as your physical and mental skills in measurable ways. Whether your goal is to is race a new distance, achieve a personal best time, climb up on the podium, or simply to embrace a fitness lifestyle, Coach Lauren will teach you how to dig deep and have fun while conquering your goals.

Online Coaching Package

Online Package Includes:
Complimentary Team Tri Faster membership ($95 value)
Individualized progressive and periodized workout plan
Training/racing data will be reviewed every 2 weeks and that information will be used to design the next block of training
Scheduled phone or video meeting, every 2 weeks
Communication via e-mail and Training Peaks app as needed
Time trials, heart rate, and/or Watts testing to assess progress and to set Training Zones
Training plan changes when scheduling conflicts arise
Race plan – intensity, hydration/nutrition, strategy for key races
Mental skills coaching
Basic Strength Plan included, extensive Custom Strength Plan with an in-person evaluation ($125 add on)
Discounted (50% off) One-on-One skills sessions
Coaching fees – $355 every 4 Weeks
  • All coaching packages require a minimum 4-month commitment.
  • New athletes will incur an additional $175 start-up fee with the first payment to cover initial consultation and strength/mobility assessment.
  • Returning athletes will incur an additional $100 restarting fee, if coaching has been paused for more than 3 months, with the first payment.
  • Once the coaching package has been purchased, athletes will be billed through automatic invoices for a minimum of 4 months or until the plan is canceled.
